Counseling and Healing work with Therese
Thérèse provides her counseling and healing services in the magical, nurturing space of the Moonlodge, utilizing listening skills, reiki, therapeutic touch, song-therapy, and ritual to support women through challenging times, leading them to find the answers to their problems from within their own hearts and inner wisdom. When asked, she offers advice based on her own experience and healing process, teaches meditation and other centering techniques, offers suggestions for using various natural healing agents.
Many women struggle to love their bodies. Many women don't believe they are "good enough," "smart enough" or "capable enough." Many women carry unresolved pain over long-ago birth experiences, abortions, or miscarriages.Many women carry wounds from past sexual abuse or harrassment. Thérèse believes all women are beautiful and have a unique and powerful gift to bring the world. She believes that the wounds and challenges we have faced (and are facing) can be the springboard for tremendous spiritual growth and personal transformation, if only we reframe them as opportunities rather than road-blocks. For the survival of our Mother Earth and the health of the human family, the time is NOW for all women to claim their intelligence, power, intuition and rightful place as equal partners with men in solving the current problems facing us. She offers her support, services and healing space for women who feel that they will benefit.
