Nettle Harvest Class

Saturday April 9th, 2011–10:30am-2:30pm,  Taught by Jennifer Sundstrom

One of the most nutritious foods on the planet, spend the day in the nettle patch as we learn about the various nutritional, utilitarian, and harvesting methods of nettle. We will craft a nourishing nettle vinegar for you to take home. Lunch is included…we will work in community to create each dish (using nettle, of course) for our shared lunch. Extra nettle may be harvested for you to take home.

Cost: $50, includes a Nettle lunch (sliding scale available upon request as usual!)
Class size is limited to 15 people
