Nettle Harvest Class
Sunday April 18th, 10:30am-2:30pm, Taught by Jennifer Sundstrom

Nettle is one of the most nutritious foods on the planet! Spend a lovely spring day (we hope) in nettle patches around the Groves learning about the various nutritional, utilitarian, and harvesting methods of nettle. We will craft a nourishing nettle vinegar for you to take home. Lunch is included…we will work in community to create each dish (using nettle, of course) for our shared lunch. Limited carpooling from Shoreline available.
Cost: $40-50 sliding scale, includes a Nettle lunch
